This is the 3rd major pivot since starting my business in January 2019.
It should come as no surprise that COVID-19 is the culprit this time.
The original plan was to launch the Habit Accountability Groups – a mastermind group for both entrepreneurs + professionals to accelerate their growth through changing behaviour, forming new habits, and breaking bad habits.
I’m still passionate about that but I’ve decided to shelve it for now as in-person gatherings are no longer an option. The mastermind experience really works best in-person and my experiment over the summer facilitating a virtual group simply didn’t cut it.
So what now?
Given that COVID-19 has drastically impacted the small business community + the recent influx of new startups created by those who were laid off. I’ve decided to focus on what I already do best – startup consulting.
Specifically, I’ll aim to support businesses in the areas that matter the most:
- Increase Revenue
- Decrease Cost
And this will be facilitated through my expertise in Revenue + Process Optimization.
What does Revenue Optimization cover?
- Reducing sales cycle.
- Optimizing pricing.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
- Consolidating costs.
- Creating a sales playbook and training salepeople.
What about Process Optimization?
I will be partnering with Natalya and her team at Nordland Consulting to support organizations with process mapping and workflow automation.
- Nordland specializes in Process Mapping and Workflow Improvement.
- I’ll bring my expertise on Tools & Automation + Operations.
With that, I aim to help Startups break through these trying times and scale by maximizing their profits and eliminating their waste/redundancies.
