A majority of people hate their jobs and don’t like what they’re doing. Because they’re doing it without a goal in mind, they’re just aimlessly drifting around and all of a sudden there’s a job opening and they get that job.
When you work with purpose, you’re willing to put in the hard work and you’re motivated to excel. Because in the end, you know it’s worth it. You don’t see it as a “Job”, you see it as a calling.
