Mastermind Program (2023)
BizCare is one of, if not the only for-profit entrepreneurship support organizations in Vietnam. They focus on all businesses asides from Tech, e.g. retail, consumer packaged goods, agriculture, etc. With a specific angle on supporting female entrepreneurs and social impact ventures.
We designed and launched one of the first female entrepreneurship oriented mastermind groups in Vietnam.
RUNWAY: Bringing Vietnam to the World (2019)
Foreign Trade University's Innovation & Incubation Space was amongst a crowded marketplace of other incubator/accelerators in Vietnam and struggled with the negative associations that came with academia.
We developed and launched a new accelerator program for a unique category: Businesses that were looking to expand and export beyond Vietnam.

NorthofAI (2021, 2022)
Launched the North of AI program in partnership between TechYukon and ScaleAI to accelerate the adoption of AI in organizations that utilize supply chain/logistics.
STEM to Market Entrepreneurship Bootcamp (2021)
There is no shortage of innovation in the north. Facilitated the STEM to Market cohort and the Local Leaders Business Bootcamp to help entrepreneurs in the north understand how to validate demand for their products/services and launch their businesses.
Yukon Young Inventors Challenge (2021)
An in-person bootcamp for kids between 10-13 to encourage and educate them on Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Scratch (platform for creating simple video animations through basic programming).
Yukon's first virtual hackathon (2020)
Collaborated with TechYukon and Yukonstruct to design and facilitate Design Jam Local 2020: A 2-day themed hackathon centred around supporting retail and tourism businesses in the north to overcome the challenges brought about by COVID-19.

Aligning activities to amplify impact (2019)
BSSC is a non-profit organization that manages a co-working space, runs one of the largest startup competitions in Southeast Asia: Vietnam Startup Wheel (VSW), and has an incubation program amongst many other offerings.
Through intensive audits and activity mapping. We realigned offering to better amplify one another instead of being stand-alone projects segmented by departments.
i.e. VSW -> build brand awareness and attract people to their programs.
Programs -> help companies grow into co-working tenants.
Global/Virtual
Startup Academy (2020)
Designed the curriculum and content for their 2-week youth (ages 14-18) entrepreneurship bootcamp.
Vancouver, Canada
Incubator -> Accelerator -> Ecosystem Developer (2014-2020)
Spring is one of Canada's first industry agnostic for-profit incubator specializing in supporting social entrepreneurs (business as a force-for-good). As a for-profit, without access to government funding for economic development initiatives, it was important to truly walk-the-talk and serve customers (entrepreneurs) instead of prioritizing funders.
Chin supported their incubation program, expanded their ability to serve growing companies with acceleration programs, systematized and catalogued content to facilitate their transition into an ecosystem development organization, and explored various business models for incubation: co-working, licensing, and membership subscriptions.
