CN UPDATES 🎉
Webinars
- 5 sessions, 80 attendees, 519 views on social
- Average attendance rate (attendance/registrations) = 115%.
Current audience size = 2004 subscribers (-20.1%) I did a flush of folks who were inactive on my list.
Will be testing ad marketing next month (this will be a controversial experiment, consultants/service providers benefit from spending more effort on sales instead of marketing; however, I’m keen on testing a different kind of funnel).
LESSONS 🎓
- What?! Over 100% attendance? This month I tested a combination of pre-recorded vs. live sessions.
- Going by video views, pre-recorded is giving a great boost to the attendance rate. (Because people can now view any time instead of waiting till the scheduled date & possibly forgetting).
- Numbers may also be skewed (people re-watching the video or sharing it with others).
