  • 5 pilots confirmed.
  • 3 completed.
  • Here’s a video demo for the calculator that was built for my own business.

Webinars

  • Done for the year!
  • 4 sessions, 8 views
  • Average attendance rate (views/registrations) = 17%.
  • No plans to continue webinars for 2021 (yet) as I focus on developing PECs for different businesses.
    • Online webinars have been underperforming in an increasingly saturated market.
    • Moving towards creating bite-sized tutorial videos that can be promoted as evergreen content.

Email Audience Engagement

  • Current audience size = 1294 subscribers (-14.6%).
    • Manually scrubbed inactive subscribers again.
  • Average campaign open rate = 52.7% (industry average = 15-25%)please vote on them here!
  • Average click-through rate = 8.8% (industry average = 2.5%)

Book

  • Done editing, on to formatting.
  • Thanks for those who voted on the title/subtitle. Book cover designs are ready, please vote on them here!
